The 10001 Santa gathering shall take place on Sunday
9th December no later than 11.15 am. In order to become part of this great event you can participate
from any age, it is not confined
to men. We want your Mummy and Grandma’s and Great
Grandma’s to help us break the World Record for Northern
Ireland.
Give
- To take part we simply ask one thing, that is if you
are a child 12 and under in 2007 you raise a minimum of
£5.00 via the Sponsor
Form (you will need Adobe
Acrobat Reader to open the form). Equally if you are
over 12 in 2007 that you raise a minimum of £10.00
via the Sponsor Form. You can also receive a sponsor Form
from the Information Kiosk at Foyleside
Shopping Centre or from one of the Sponsor
Charities.
- Once you have achieved your minimum participation fee
you can register for your exclusive “Santa Reference Number.” This can be achieved by taking your sponsor monies
to the 10,001 Santas Shop, Foyleside Shopping Centre, Derry~Londonderry.
- All monies raised will go equally to the four
Sponsor Charities; Children
in Crossfire, Foyle
Hospice, Icare
4 Autism and Macmillan
Cancer Support. Could you give a greater present at
Christmas than to help these four very worthy Charities
who daily do remarkable work for our Communities across
the Province.
- If you raise more money than required (and we hope you
do to help our charities) don’t worry you can still lodge
it online OR take it to the Information Kiosk at Foyleside
Shopping Centre OR send it to 10001 Santas C/O Foyleside

Get
- Once you have registered and received your unique Santa Number you will be able to collect your Santa Suit
at 10,001 Santas, Foyleside Shopping Centre. It is important that you obtain your suit
prior to the day as we will not be in the position to deal
with individual requests on the event date. The suits are available now.
- IMPORTANT: To enter Guildhall Square YOU MUST WEAR A REGISTERED SANTA SUIT with your SANTA NUMBER on it", otherwise you will not be counted by the Guinness Book of Records' Adjudicator.
- The Santa suit(s) will be yours to keep afterwards.
Go
- Wear your suit on December 9th (if you are picking up your suit in the Foyleside, please do so before the 9th of December).
- Go to Guildhall Square at 11.15am where you be ushered to the City Walls to help set a new World Record.
